This document (Compliance Due Diligence Questionnaire (Japanese Ver)) was prepared in consideration of Japanese law and Japanese practice, referring to FISD※'s Data Provider Due Diligence Questionnaire.

It is a questionnaire for those who acquire and purchase alternative data (investors and securities companies, etc.) to detect violations of laws (Japanese law) and other risks to providers of alternative data.
